Child and Women Sexual harassment in Cyber Automobiles Pvt. Ltd Bangalore is located in Bommasandra Industrial Area, Bengaluru. It has come to light that women are being sexually harassed. The incident came to light when a girl named Jutika Mandal, who works in the company from last 2 years was sexually exploited. The company employs child laborers and pays only Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 12,000 per month in violation of various rules and regulations such as the Minimum Wages Act 1948, The Karnataka Equal Payment Act 1976, The Karnataka Child Labour Act 1986 and the Sexual Harassment of Women in Workplaces Act, 2023. The company has been working for more than 8 hours without any rules, without any registration, without providing provident fund to the workers, without payment slip of salaries, without paying benefit allowance to the hair.
